You are solely responsible for any messages, reviews, text, photos, videos, graphics, code, or other content or materials that you post, submit, publish, display or link to on the website or send to other Gente & Casas users.
You agree not to post, submit or link to any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or fraudulent or that is purposely false or misleading.
You agree that by posting content on the Site, you are granting Gente & Casas a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, adapt, and otherwise use this content in any manner on or in connection with the Site or in the course of offering the Services.
You understand and agree that any User Content that you post or submit to Gente & Casas may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.
You understand that Gente & Casas does not approve or control the User Content posted by others, and instead simply provides a service by allowing users to access information that has been made available by others.
As a provider of interactive services, Gente & Casas is not liable for any statements, representations, or User Content provided by its users on the Site or in connection with the Services.
Gente & Casas assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Site or the Services for appropriate User Content or conduct and has no obligation to screen, edit, or remove any of the User Content. However, Gente & Casas reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to monitor, screen, edit, or remove any User Content at any time and for any reason or for no reason.
Modification Of Gente & Casas Services
Gente & Casas reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or a portion or attribute thereof, or the offering of any information, content, product or service with or without notice. Gente & Casas shall not be liable to you or any third party should Gente & Casas exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service or part of it.
Information Provided by Real Estate Professionals
If you are a real estate professional, you agree that you will not claim or submit listings that do not belong to you.
Purchase of subscriptions
If you agree to pay the fee for a paid subscription or to purchase a listing renewal service, such fee will be charged by Gtech Consulting International AB in accordance with the payment method you have chosen for your purchase. By designating a card to be billed, you confirm that you are authorized to make such purchase and that you are the holder of such card (i.e. that the card is issued in your name). All prices stated on the Website are inclusive of all fees.
Gente & Casas may change the price for the paid subscription service. Such changed price will take effect after the expiry of the then current paid for period (i.e. the term that you have already paid for). Any price change will be communicated to you. If you do not wish to be bound by such changed price relating to your Gente & Casas subscription you may terminate your subscription. Your continued use of the Gente & Casas paid for subscription after the communication of such price change to you constitutes an acceptance of such new price. Currency conversion is for information purposes only and accuracy is not guaranteed. Final charges will be made in EUR.
If you register for a free trial of the Subscription Service, we will make the Subscription Service available to you on a trial basis free of charge. If we include additional terms and conditions on the trial registration web page, those will apply as well. During the free trial period, the Subscription Service is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, we may suspend, limit, or terminate the Subscription Service for any reason at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you for damages of any kind related to your use of the Subscription Service. Unless you subscribe to the Subscription Service before the end of the free trial, all of your data on the Subscription Service may be permanently deleted without notice.
Occasionally, Gente & Casas or our affiliates run special promotions that encourage new users to sign up for the service. New users are then instructed to submit a promotion code upon sign up.
The purpose of these promotions is to get new users to try Gente & Casas, and therefore it is not possible to benefit from such promotions by signing up with a email address that already has been used in connection with a Gente & Casas account.
Promotions and promotion codes are always limited in terms of time and total usage.
General Terms and conditions for Signup Voucher codes:
A voucher code can only be used when signing up for a new account.
Signing up with an email address that has been registered or used with an account in the past is not considered as a new account, and cannot use the voucher code.
Cancelling an account and then signing up again for an account with the same email address is not considered as a new account.
Users will only receive the benefit of the voucher code offer once.
Voucher codes are only valid for a limited time.
Additional requirements may apply to the voucher code.
Gente & Casas reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the voucher code (in whole or in part) at any time and for any reason, at Gente & Casas sole discretion.
Cancelling your subscription
If you violate any of these Terms, Gente & Casas may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have, immediately terminate your subscription without any notice or other action by Gente & Casas. In the event of such termination, no amounts that you may have prepaid for use of the service will be refunded. You will have the right to cancel the service at any point in time from within your Gente & Casas account. If you choose to do so, you recognize that it may take until the next billing period for your listings to be removed, along with your professional profile. Additionally, while you will no longer be billed, no amount that you may have prepaid for use of the services will be refunded.
Support is included in your Subscription. We accept email support questions 24 Hours per Day x 7 Days per Week. We attempt to respond to email support questions within one business day; in practice, our responses are generally even faster. We do not promise or guarantee any specific response time.
We try to make the Subscription Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for planned down-time for maintenance.
